Privacy Policy

Sentry Forge is operated by Bryant Shelby as a sole proprietor in New Orleans, Louisiana. This page explains what we collect, what we don't, and what we do with what we have. Plain language; no dark patterns.

What we collect

• Email address — when you join the waitlist, buy a product, or contact support.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your card number, CVC, or full bank info. We see only the last 4 digits of the card and your billing email + name.
• Case intake content — when you buy a debt-defense product (Sentry Forge One Case, Founding 100, Custom Dispute Letter), you reply to our intake email with the documents and facts of your case. We hold this content in our email inbox.
• Webhook service intake — when you buy the Stripe Webhook + Resend Setup, you provide a Stripe webhook signing secret, a Resend API key, your repository access, and your tier copy. These secrets are deleted from our records within 7 days of project completion. Repository access is revoked or transferred per your instructions at completion.
• Server logs — Vercel hosts the site and retains standard HTTP access logs (IP address, user agent, request path, response code, timestamp) for ~30 days for security and abuse monitoring.

What we don't collect

• Cookies for tracking. The site uses no analytics cookies, no advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking.
• Social-media tracking pixels (no Meta pixel, no LinkedIn Insight, no TikTok pixel, etc.).
• Sensitive personally-identifiable information beyond what's necessary for service delivery (no SSN, no DOB, no driver's license number unless explicitly requested for a credit-bureau re-dispute letter, in which case it is held only as long as needed to prepare that letter and then deleted from our records).
• Health information.
• Geolocation beyond standard IP-derived city / region from server logs.

Third parties we use

• Stripe (payments) — privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
• Resend (email delivery) — privacy policy at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Vercel (hosting) — privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Google Workspace (founder email at jadedfocus@gmail.com) — your replies to our intake emails are processed and stored in Google's infrastructure.
• GitHub (when you grant repository access for the Webhook Service) — privacy policy at github.com/site-policy.

We do not sell or rent your information to any third party. We do not share information with marketing or data brokers. The third parties above are listed only because they are infrastructure required to deliver service.

How long we keep your data

• Email intake content: held in our inbox indefinitely unless you ask us to delete it. Email jadedfocus@gmail.com with subject "delete my data" and we'll purge from our records within 7 days.
• Webhook service secrets (whsec_, re_, repo access): deleted from our records within 7 days of project completion or by your request, whichever is sooner.
• Stripe payment records: retained per Stripe's policies. We have no control over Stripe's retention.
• Vercel server logs: ~30 days, per Vercel defaults.

Your rights

You can:

• Request a copy of all data we have about you, by emailing jadedfocus@gmail.com.
• Request deletion of all data we have about you, same channel.
• Opt out of any future emails (we don't send marketing emails, but you can confirm we won't).
• Update or correct any data we hold by replying to the relevant email thread.

For California (CCPA / CPRA) and EU (GDPR) residents: the rights above are equivalent to or exceed the rights provided by those statutes. Send any rights-related request to jadedfocus@gmail.com with the subject prefix "[PRIVACY REQUEST]" and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We do not store credit card data — Stripe handles all payment information. Email-delivered intake content is held in Google Workspace with two-factor authentication on the founder account. Webhook service secrets are stored briefly (project duration + 7 days) and never logged to disk in our build pipeline. The site runs on Vercel with HTTPS enforced and modern TLS.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the "Last updated" date at the top will change. Substantive changes will be summarized at the top for at least 30 days.
